Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain financial records including journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
- Prepare and analyze profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
- File and comply with GST returns and handle TDS calculations and filings.
- Process payroll and handle ESI, PF, and professional tax documentation.
- Utilize accounting software like Tally Prime and Zoho Books for daily financial operations.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage business transactions efficiently.
- Interpret and apply Indian financial laws and tax regulations accurately.
- Support audits by preparing and organizing financial data and documentation.
- Collaborate with teams to manage and optimize financial processes.
- Utilize MS Excel and MS Office tools for data analysis, reporting, and document preparation.
- Understand business laws and legal compliance associated with financial transactions.
