Zenith - SAP FICO Consultant - GL / AR / MM Modules

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team for a client-facing role.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SAP FICO modules, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with clients to understand their business needs, design solutions, and deliver effective implementations.

This role requires a mix of functional knowledge, stakeholder management, and a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on SAP FICO-related discussions, requirements gathering, and solution delivery.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, challenges, and future requirements.
• Design and configure SAP FICO solutions including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (SD, MM, HR, etc.) to ensure seamless integration across modules.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, perform system configurations, and support custom developments.
• Provide end-to-end implementation support, from project planning and documentation to testing, training, and go-live.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare training materials to build client self-sufficiency.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve issues, and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Support post-implementation reviews, continuous improvement, and system optimization initiatives.
• Stay updated with latest SAP FICO releases, S / 4HANA capabilities, and industry best practices to provide thought leadership.
