Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer, located in Mumbai. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel, drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves liaising with clients, representing the company in legal proceedings, and collaborating with internal teams on legal matters.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Legal Research, Contract Drafting, and Legal Document Review
• Knowledge of Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and Corporate Law
• Excellent skills in Client Advocacy, Negotiation, and Dispute Resolution
• Proficient in analyzing complex legal issues and providing clear guidance
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in litigation or related legal processes is a plus
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• License to practice law in the jurisdiction of India
