So, we are hiring educators for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English for Foundation in Baramati, Pune.

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Deliver concept-driven, interactive, and structured lessons in the assigned subject.

2. Design comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, and assessments tailored to the academic curriculum.

3. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, remedial classes, and personalized mentorship for students.

4. Track student performance through regular assessments, progress reports, and feedback sessions.

5. Maintain discipline and an engaging classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning.

6. Collaborate with the school administration and faculty to ensure seamless program execution.

7. Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and provide academic insights on student development.

8. Uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical teaching practices.

Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification :

• B.Tech / B.E / MSc. / BSc. or any Bachelor's or Master’s degree in the respective subject.

Experience :

1. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant teaching experience.

2. Prior experience in competitive exam coaching is an added advantage.

Skills Required :

1. Strong subject knowledge and teaching pedagogy.

2. Excellent communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills.

3. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and academic excellence.

4. Ability to motivate and inspire students towards achieving their academic goals.
