Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure the institute runs efficiently and meets organizational goals. Core responsibilities include managing administrative processes, coordinating with staff and instructors, optimizing workflows, and maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies. The Operations Manager will also play a key role in creating and implementing operational strategies to enhance student and staff experiences while ensuring alignment with the institute's mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, with a proven track record of managing processes and ensuring efficiency.
• Proficiency in administrative management, workflow optimization, and operational planning.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and facilitate collaboration.
• An understanding of financial markets, trading processes, or experience in the education sector is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in Finance / Automobile field is a plus
• Compensation : Salary range of ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month
