Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the end-to-end operational processes of our stone and granite export business. The ideal candidate will coordinate between the marketing, procurement, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution, supplier payments, and export shipment deliveries.

Key Responsibilities :

Order Execution & Monitoring

• Track and monitor all customer orders received via the marketing team.
• Maintain a real-time dashboard of order status : PO issued, production status, ready for dispatch, shipped.
• Coordinate with the supplier on material readiness and quality confirmations.

Supplier Coordination & Payment Tracking

Logistics & Delivery Planning
