Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer located in Pune. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, and managing projects. The role includes conducting research and development (R&D) initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed technical drawings, overseeing manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting mechanical issues.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering, Machine Design, and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills
• Experience in Project Management
• Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus
