Manager - Expansion & Projects

What we're Looking for :

• 3-6+ years in real estate expansion, leasing, and project management across healthcare, retail, QSR, fitness, or other multi-location businesses.
• Strong negotiation skills with landlords, brokers, and vendors
• Deep understanding of fit-out processes, timelines, and cost structures
• High ownership, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong execution orientation and comfort with travel & on-ground work

Role Overview : The Manager - Expansion & Projects will own the full lifecycle of new clinic development. This includes site identification, real estate negotiations, lease finalization, procurement coordination, and end-to-end project execution until clinic handover.

This role is critical to Evoke's growth plans, ensuring every new location meets our standards of branding, design, compliance, and operational readiness.
