Key Responsibilities :

Implementation & Configuration

Lead and participate in the full o9 implementation lifecycle :

requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

Configure o9 modules such as :

Demand Planning

Supply Planning

Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

Control Tower

Customize the o9 platform using IBPL (o9’s scripting language).

Design and configure data models and workflows to support planning processes and what-if analysis. Functional Support

Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues.

Perform manual and automated data uploads.

Validate end-to-end workflows and ensure data accuracy.

Create and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

3–7+ years of experience in supply chain planning or analytics.

Proven experience with o9 platform configuration and implementation.

Strong understanding of supply chain processes (demand / supply planning, S&OP, inventory optimization).

Hands-on experience with IBPL scripting and data modelling.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Notice Period : Immediate - 60 days

Preferred Skills :

o9 Platform certification (e.G., Technical Configuration Level II,DP-SP Reference Model).

Experience in industries like retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods.
