Job Title : Senior Solutions Architect – CRM / ERP (Dynamics 365 CE)
Role Overview
Provide technical and business consultative leadership across pre-sales and post-sales cycles for large-scale CRM / ERP implementations , with specialization in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and integrated enterprise ecosystems. This role drives solution architecture, design optimization, scalability, and technical audits to ensure robust, high-quality enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Delivery
- Define solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, Customer Insights).
- Lead fit-gap analysis, design workshops, and PoCs with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.
- Architect CE platform solutions including entity models, workflows, integrations, and security models .
- Govern solution quality through design reviews, documentation, and compliance with Microsoft and enterprise standards.
- Design and oversee integrations with external systems using Azure services, middleware, and APIs .
- Drive adoption of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for extended CRM capabilities.
Consulting & Pre-Sales
Lead pre-sales solutioning, RFP responses, demos, and technical due diligence to build winning value propositions.Advise senior business and IT leaders on ERP / CRM strategy, IT architecture, and scalability improvements .Create whitepapers, reusable assets, and industry-focused solution frameworks .Innovation & Capability Building
Stay current with Microsoft releases, licensing, and AI-driven CRM tools (Virtual Agents, Dynamics 365 Portals, Copilot).Conceptualize and implement proof-of-concepts, accelerators, and reusable components for practice growth.Mentor and guide a team of architects and technical consultants ; conduct knowledge sessions, webinars, and capability development.Governance & Quality
Conduct architecture and design reviews , ensuring adherence to best practices, performance, and security.Define and monitor non-functional requirements (NFRs) across performance, scalability, and availability.Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and architectural principles in multi-vendor environments.Measures of Success (KPIs)
Number of RFPs / estimations delivered and conversion rate.Customer satisfaction and zero-issue delivery on technical quality.Contribution to IP development (accelerators, whitepapers, reusable components).Number of knowledge sessions / webinars conducted within practice.Breadth of technology certifications and trainings completed.Required Skills & Experience
10+ years in CRM / ERP or enterprise applications.4+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE .Strong expertise in solution design, system integrations, and enterprise architecture .Deep understanding of Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Automate, BI) .Experience with Azure services for authentication (AD / ADFS / OAuth), data, and middleware integration.Hands-on experience with custom plugins, workflows, Dynamics 365 Portals, Virtual Agents, and AI-driven tools .Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills to engage senior executives.Familiarity with Agile delivery models and architecture governance frameworks.Preferred Certifications
