About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer in a Lead Role to architect, design, and deliver secure, scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java Spring Boot, modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular), databases, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure). The candidate would also lead a team, define processes, conduct code reviews, and ensure compliance with security best practices and frameworks while working in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications with a strong focus on scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Build and optimize backend services using  Java Spring Boot  and microservices architecture.
• Develop modern front-end applications with  React, Vue.js, or Angular .
• Ensure  robust database design and performance  (SQL / NoSQL).
• Implement and maintain  CI / CD pipelines , Git workflows, and deployment processes.
• Deploy and manage applications on  AWS / Azure cloud environments .
• Integrate with external and internal  APIs  securely and efficiently.
• Apply  security frameworks and best practices  (e.g., OWASP, OAuth2, JWT, SSL / TLS) to application design and deployments.
• Mentor and guide team members through  code reviews  and architectural discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Champion  Agile methodologies  and continuous improvement in engineering processes.
