We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer / Lead with strong experience in building and leading cross-platform mobile app development projects. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in React Native, JavaScript / TypeScript , and should have successfully delivered multiple apps across iOS and Android. This role requires someone who can take ownership of mobile development, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Lead end-to-end mobile app development projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Optimize app performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in mobile development.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in coding standards, architecture, and best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and native modules (iOS / Android).
• Ensure apps meet high standards of UI / UX, performance, and security .
