Chief Operating Officer Group | Enterprise Technology Services | Technology Operations & Support | TOSB Strategic Operations Section
The Technology Operations & Support Branch (TOSB) is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Departments ICT infrastructure and software platforms that underpin all Home Affairs applications.
The TOSB Strategic Operations section leads strategic planning and investment coordination across the branch, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term goals. The team manages financial planning, governance frameworks, and enterprise branch risk processes to support sound decision-making and operational resilience.
A core focus is proactive engagement with senior executives and Business Areas to provide clear visibility of risks, dependences, and strategic initiatives. Through strong partnerships and forward-looking planning, the section helps position the branch for sustainable, trusted service delivery across the organisation.
