Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter located in Siliguri. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. The daily tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing candidates
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using recruiting software and candidate databases
• Experience in collaborating with hiring managers and understanding staffing needs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
