Role Overview
The Design Coordinator will play a key role in managing and streamlining the academic and operational functions of design entrance coaching programs. This role requires strong organizational skills, design aptitude awareness, and the ability to coordinate between faculty, students, and management to ensure smooth delivery of training across all design exam modules. Experienced Drawing teachers are Prefered.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Coordination
- Plan and schedule classes, mock tests, workshops, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Coordinate with faculty to ensure timely delivery of curriculum across drawing, creativity, aptitude, and design thinking subjects.
- Maintain and update academic calendars, study plans, and module timelines.
- Assist in developing practice sheets, MCQs, assignments, and mock papers.
Student Management
Serve as the first point of contact for student queries, support, and feedback.Monitor student aƩendance, progress, and performance analytics.Guide students on exam strategy, time management, and preparation plans.Coordinate porƞolio-building sessions (if applicable).Operational Responsibilities
Organize workshops, masterclasses, expert-led sessions, and crash courses.Ensure seamless functioning of all the batches in different branches.Maintain study material inventory, test series schedules, and class recordings.Coordinate with the technical and administrative teams for classroom logistics.Faculty Coordination
Maintain faculty schedules and ensure timely communication of academic plans.Collect and compile feedback for quality improvement.Assist in onboarding new faculty members.Quality Control & Reporting
Track academic delivery standards and student satisfaction levels.Prepare weekly / monthly reports on student performance and batch progress.Suggest improvements in training methodology and content delivery.OUTREACH
Participates in Admission counseling and school level branding activitiesRequired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Design / Arts / Management preferred).Prior experience in design education, coaching, or academic coordination (preferred).Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple batches and faculty members.Basic knowledge of NID, NIFT, UCEED, NATA, and other design / Architecture entrance exam patterns (training will be provided if needed).Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace;familiarity with LMS tools is a plus.
