Years of experience - 8 - 12 years

To implement the standard functionalities and features of WFA with design, build and configure the applications as per the business requirements.

Should have worked with the client team to assess the Business requirements / capabilities and identify / deliver the standard requirements.

Should have worked on both Functional and Technical testing in all SuccessFactors WFA modules.

Implementation experience in Core Workforce and Mobility and Standard / Custom metric packs with help of HANA system.

Oversees all SAP project related activities and is accountable for the success, execution and final delivery of the program and work products.

Review effectiveness of existing HRIS and WFA reporting systems

Should have worked in preparing the dashboard of key WFA Standard metrics reports

Provide WFA related information as and when requested by senior stakeholders for business decisions

Work experience on various integration (Oracle / PeopleSoft / Work Day / SAP HCM etc).
