Responsibilities
Support project-based storytelling and recommendations – provide objective, expert perspective ('so what', 'why' and 'what to do' synthesis) to Sector Insights teams across the globeGain expertise on the Ada tools – support on methology / interpretation enquiries and answer sector, S&T and BU questions and provide analytical support as neededWinning stakeholder trust by showing understanding business contextSupport expansion of tools to new markets and categories via developing and maintaining training materials, and collection of necessary inputs to ensure robust setup and adherence to global best practicesSupport Global capabilities team on project admin / setup / data management as necessaryGenerate and evangelise CI capability across the organization.Qualifications
7-8 years experience in quantitative market research, ideally with prior experience in innovation testing (IPSOS / BASES), Brand tracking (Kantar) and Ad testing (Link)Existing research methodology knowledge, experience in giving actionable business recommendations based on learnings / synthesis of dataGood analytic, communication and project management skills. Fluent in English – spoken and written.Experience of working with global, regional and local insights professionals a plusSkills Required
