About the Role

The Manager — IT & Digital Transformation will spearhead Kingston’s technological modernization across its education and healthcare verticals. The role blends IT infrastructure leadership with digital strategy — ensuring network reliability, cybersecurity, ERP integration, and workflow automation across campuses and Kingston General Hospital.

This position demands a professional capable of leading multi-domain technology projects , managing cross-functional teams, and establishing a digitally intelligent institutional ecosystem that supports learning, administration, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the campus, office, and hospital IT infrastructure , including servers, LAN / Wi-Fi, biometrics, and CCTV systems.
• Lead a team of website developers, MIS executives, and ERP vendors ensuring system reliability and modernization.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (Google Workspace, AWS, or equivalent) and server uptime across units.
• Drive workflow automation , data visualization dashboards, and cross-department digital reporting systems.
• Supervise CRM and ERP integrations for academic, administrative, and healthcare operations.
• Oversee digital marketing technology operations — including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics coordination.
• Establish cybersecurity protocols and ensure institutional data compliance and privacy standards.
• Implement Agile / Scrum methodologies for IT, MIS, and digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with institutional heads and vendors for smooth execution of IT-enabled projects.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within digital teams.
