Job Title : Operations Manager – Portfolio Management Services (PMS)

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our Portfolio Management Services (PMS) team in Mumbai. The incumbent will play a critical role in overseeing and executing end-to-end operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, timely client servicing, and seamless coordination with custodians, brokers, and fund accountants. This role is integral to ensuring the back- and mid-office operations run smoothly and align with our fiduciary standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Client Onboarding & KYC :

• Monitor and ensure timely client onboarding (liaisoning with custody, demat, fund accounting teams / vendors) and KYC / AML compliance.
• Maintain and update client master data and ensure data integrity in systems.
