This position supports the Enterprisewide IT Quality Management applications, administration, development, and project management. The person is expected to support delivering on IT projects, including strategic and transformational initiatives related to quality system applications for multiple business units globally.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Partner with RAQA, other business groups, and Varian and SHS (Siemens Healthineers) IT to help deliver projects across multiple business units. The person will be involved in business sessions to define high-level business goals / vision, extract business requirements software selection, define performance indicators, and help configure solutions on various IT platforms.
• Work closely with the IT Quality Systems Manager and Team to fulfill defined business goals. Provide project management and solution configuration and development support in the areas of Quality Management, with knowledge of the integration aspects across different quality and document control business processes.
• Support work with external consultants and developers focused on architecture, design, and implementation. Remain knowledgeable about current and future technologies and provide recommendations to meet corporate IT objectives.
• Work closely with business and IT to provide application support and continuous improvements for applications already in production and used extensively for day-to-day operations. The primary focus will be on the following processes and applications : Quality System Regulation processes and Document Control / Content Management.

Minimum Education / Experience Requirements :

Varian is required to comply with all local and applicable regulations that may be associated with vaccine requirements for certain roles.
