About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate - Data Science with 6-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming , advanced Python concepts, and machine learning , with hands-on experience in data wrangling and building scalable models. Familiarity with modern ML frameworks and deployment practices is essential. Exposure to business intelligence tools and cloud platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for predictive and analytical solutions.
• Perform data wrangling and preprocessing on structured and unstructured datasets using libraries like Pandas and NumPy .
• Implement advanced Python techniques for automation and performance optimization.
• Build and evaluate models for classification, regression, and clustering tasks using frameworks such as Scikit-learn , TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Document workflows, models, and processes for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in ML, AI, and Python ecosystems .
