Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor based in Pune. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process, providing information on educational programs, handling inquiries, and promoting the benefits of partnering with YD Baba Ke Bol. The role involves maintaining effective communication with prospective students, offering exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team in achieving enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Communication and General Communication skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and practices
• Understanding of the Education sector
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Experience in admissions or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
