Category Lead - Marketplace | Ageasy By Antara (Max Group)

Role Summary

We’re looking for a Category Manager (Marketplace & E-commerce) who will scale our category from 1 → 10 across leading marketplaces — Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and others.

This is a high-ownership, growth-focused role where you’ll manage the P&L, pricing, assortment, and promotional strategy for your category. You’ll be responsible for driving marketplace performance, improving visibility and conversion, and delivering strong topline and margin outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

📊 Category Growth & P&L Ownership

• Own and scale the P&L for your category across all e-commerce and marketplace platforms.
• Develop and execute pricing, promotion, and channel strategies to drive revenue, margin, and AOV growth.
• Scale the category from 1 → 10 through structured planning, analytics, and data-driven interventions.
