Key Responsibilities :

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of projects.

Understand client briefs thoroughly and collaborate with the creative team to ensure outputs meet expectations.

Be actively involved in conceptualising and strategising campaigns along with the strategy and creative teams.

Present and sell creative concepts, strategies, and campaign ideas to clients with confidence and clarity.

Anticipate client needs, propose innovative ideas, and ensure alignment between client expectations and creative execution.

Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to inform strategies.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring adherence to commitments.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, aiming for high satisfaction and repeat business.

Desired Skills & Experience :

• 2+ years of Client Engagement / Business Development experience in a creative / marketing / advertising agency (preferably handling multi-industry clients).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with impeccable command of English.
• Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to present confidently to clients and internal leadership.
• Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, diplomatic, and energetic with a collaborative attitude
