Product Development and Compliance Officer

We are looking for a Product Management - Chennai Location.

• Support the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital lending solutions targeting salaried, self-employed, and MSME and MFI customer segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, analytics, risk, operations, business) to improve product features, delivery mechanisms, and customer outcomes.
• Assist in digital transformation initiatives, contributing to modular API development and scalable deployment frameworks.
• Ensure products and processes comply with RBI regulations, including KYC, data security, and digital lending norms.
• Facilitate partnership and integration of digital platforms and NBFC / fintech partners, supporting onboarding and go-to-market activities.
• Track and report on product metrics, lifecycle performance, and customer feedback for ongoing enhancement.
