Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance.Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department.Resolving complex employee relations issues and addressing grievances.Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.Providing HR policy guidance, developing the HR agenda, improving and monitoring employee productivity, structuring compensation and benefits packages, managing staff wellness initiatives, engaging with heads of departments, and assessing and anticipating human resources-related needs.Compliance
