Job descriptionB.Tech in Fire & Safety or M.Tech in Health, Safety & Environment (from a reputed institute / university). Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience. Strong technical, leadership, and crisis management skills. Develop and implement institutional safety, health, and environmental (HSE) policies. Lead safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness programs. Ensure compliance with statutory safety standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct training and awareness sessions for staff, students, and contractors. Collaborate with departments and external agencies to foster a proactive safety culture. B.Tech / M.Tech in Safety, Fire, Industrial Safety, or Environmental Engineering. NEBOSH / IOSH / HSE certification preferred. 1 Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience or industrial safety management. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Manager – Fire to join our Infrastructure, Campus Operations & Estate Development team at O.P. Jindal Global University , Sonipat.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee campus-wide fire-fighting and detection systems.
- Conduct fire prevention training, evacuation drills, and awareness programs.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory fire and safety regulations.
- Lead fire safety audits, incident investigations, and documentation.
- Coordinate renewal of Fire NOC and all required licenses.
