About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the Recruitment module. The consultant will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Recruitment processes, ensuring seamless integration with HR workflows, and supporting HR teams in achieving hiring efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the Workday Recruitment module, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with HR teams to analyze recruitment processes and translate them into eƯective Workday solutions.
- Configure job requisitions, candidate pipelines, oƯer management, onboarding, and recruitment reporting.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards to support recruitment analytics.
- Provide technical expertise in integrations, security, and system enhancements related to Recruitment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Workday Recruitment with other HCM modules.
- Support HR and TA teams with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and process improvements. Conduct user training, create documentation, and promote adoption of best practices in Workday Recruitment.
Required Skills & Experience
5–10 years of overall experience in Workday with proven expertise in the Recruitment module.Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes (job requisition to offer and onboarding).Hands-on experience in Workday configuration, reporting, and business process frameworks.Experience in Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio) is a plus.Ability to work as a techno-functional consultant, bridging business requirements with system capabilities.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global HR / TA teams.Preferred Qualifications
Workday Certification in Recruitment or HCM modules (preferred, not mandatory).
Experience with multi-country recruitment implementations.
Exposure to other HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent, or Compensation.
