Ability to create creative captions, employee highlights, and storytelling content. Familiarity with tools like Canva or Meta Business Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency. Be the voice of the brand on leading platforms. Work closely with leadership on high-visibility initiatives. Collaborate with teams across sales, HR, and delivery. Growth opportunities in communications and branding.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and strengthen Maganti IT Service’s brand presence on social platforms. The role focuses on content creation, community engagement, and brand storytelling that resonate with clients, employees, and viewers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update official company accounts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, etc.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with business priorities and company culture.
- Create engaging posts, stories, reels.
- Monitor daily activity, respond to comments / messages, and encourage meaningful engagement.
- Track and report follower growth, engagement rates, and reach on each platform.
- Work closely with the HR and Sales teams to amplify internal initiatives and external campaigns.
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates to suggest new formats and ideas.
- Ensure brand consistency in all messaging, visuals, and tone of communication.
