Job Purpose :

To lead and manage the Credit evaluation and control function, ensuring timely collection of receivables, minimizing credit risk, and maintaining healthy cash flow while supporting business growth and customer relationships

Key Responsibilities :

1. Team management & Governance

• Lead and manage a team of experienced credit controllers across head office and regional offices
• Define and implement credit control procedures (Credit limits, policies) and strategies to manage the divisional credit exposure
• Establish governance mechanisms and define KPIs for performance monitoring of the credit evaluation and control function
