We are looking for a new team member who has technical and product / project management background. You are a good fit if you like to coordinate between client, stakeholders and your team, you are a good communicator who knows how to identify tool requirements and solutions.

What we are looking for :

Support different teams across the company in defining business technical requirements for changes to existing systems and the design of new applications.

Work closely with the business owners, developers and IT support to resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Gain credibility and establish excellent relationships with key business stakeholders.

Project coordination together with the team lead.

Ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated.

Work cross-functionally with other departments, to achieve stakeholder sign-off and execution.

You are a great fit for this role if you :

Having at least 3 years of experience as a Product / Project Manager.

Analysis experience of end user systems and applications.

Knowledge of IT development processes, procedures and standards.

Ability to create functional Spec's, conceptualize feature ideas, and create & enhance user stories.

Proficient on managing simultaneously multiple global projects meeting deadlines.

Experience with Adobe CC, wireframes and prototyping tools.

Willingness to develop a stronger understanding of the project's technical components.

Previous experience on BPO industry is a plus.
