Job descriptionGuide teams in developing ML models, data pipelines, NLP, computer vision, and cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). Oversee data governance, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and model deployment best practices. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and collaboration. Mentor junior staff and conduct performance reviews. Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction. Translate technical concepts into business outcomes during stakeholder meetings. Identify risks (technical, operational, compliance) and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices. Optimize delivery processes and implement tools (Jira, Tableau, Power BI) for efficiency. Stay updated on emerging trends (Generative AI, MLOps) and integrate best practices. Track KPIs (timeliness, budget, quality) and prepare executive reports. Education : Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; Master’s preferred. Experience : 10+ years in project management with a focus on Data / AI; proven track record in delivering scalable solutions. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), and data visualization tools. Knowledge of DevOps / MLOps pipelines and CI / CD frameworks. Soft Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Certifications : PMP, Scrum Master, AWS / Azure, or similar (preferred). Experience in consulting or client-facing roles. Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and advanced analytics. Competitive salary and benefits.
