Position : Client Delivery Manager
Qualification : - Bachelor Degree or equivalent working experience
Experience : - 8-10 years
Location : - Anywhere in India / Remote
Communicate skills required for this role : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for effective collaboration across teams.
Office Timing & Working Days / Week Details : Monday to Friday IST Hours 9am-6pm (Requires some flex days per week to overlap with US working hours (2 days per week). 2pm-10pm.
Certifications required : Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a “nice to have”

As a client delivery manager, you will play a critical role in leading the successful delivery of client software solutions and internal initiatives. This is a highly collaborative and client-facing position where you’ll serve as a key point of contact—organizing workstreams, clarifying priorities, and ensuring initiatives stay on track.
You’ll bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, coordinating distributed development teams across multiple time zones while ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Your ability to proactively identify risks, optimize workflows, and problem-solve challenges will be essential to driving seamless execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- 8+ years of experience in project management within IT, engineering, or consulting environments.
- Hands-on experience managing and configuring Jira (or similar tools) including workflows, custom fields, automations, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of release management , QA processes, and documentation standards in a technical environment.
- Ability to track and report on product goals, ETCs, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a focus on driving execution and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills—especially across time zones, with both technical and non-technical audiences. Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Proactive ownership - takes initiative to follow through on tasks and "chase down" unresolved items
- Heavy Industrial Manufacturing experience
- Client-facing experience - confident in facilitating and interacting with external stakeholders and representing the company professionally
