Functional Engineer (OTM / TMS)

we are hiring for Functional Engineer (OTM / TMS)

Total Experience : 8 Years

LOCATION Chennai / Bangalore

Focus Areas :

Functional / Domain process knowledge

Technical integrations / POC (basic understanding)

QA

Key Responsibilities :

Act as subject matter expert in OTM / TMS (order management, shipment planni payment, visibility).

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Translate requirements into system configurations.

Lead UAT and go-live activities.

Identify process improvement opportunities using TMS features.

Collaborate with IT teams on integrations (ERP, WMS, supply chain systems).

Provide training and support to users.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's in supply chain / Logistics / Engineering / IT.

5+ years in OTM / TMS (design, configuration, testing).

Strong process knowledge in logistics / transportation.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving.

Nice to Have :

ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle).

Knowledge of freight payment, carrier management.

Familiar with analytics / reporting in OTM / TMS.

Agile exposure.
