What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage the Technical Support team across PAN India.
  • Ensure effective customer support for Cavitak’s complete product portfolio.
  • Analyse customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and OEMs to resolve product-related issues.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the support function.
  • What We Are Looking For

  • A proven leader with 7–10 years of experience in technical support and team management.
  • Strong background in ELV systems.
  • Prior technical expertise in CCTV, Access Control, Fire & Public Address Systems, Automation, Audio & Visuals.
  • Ability to drive and scale PAN India support operations.
  • Someone passionate about building, mentoring, and growing a high-performing support team.
