We are a UK-based law firm specialising in corporate immigration and individual immigration services. We serve both business and individual clients globally and are scaling our marketing operations out of India to support our growth.
The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager who will own both strategy and execution across multi-channels (digital, PPC, email, social, SEO, PR), build and manage partnership / referral networks, and drive measurable lead generation and conversion. This role will work closely with UK senior leadership and will be instrumental in our global growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy aligned with business goals (corporate + individual immigration services)
Set, track and report on marketing KPIs : MQLs, SQLs, cost per lead / acquisition, ROAS, etc.
Lead all campaign execution :
Email marketing & automation (lead nurturing, newsletters, drip campaigns)
PPC & Paid Media : Google Ads (Search / Display / Remarketing), Meta (Facebook / Instagram) for B2C, LinkedIn for B2B
SEO (on-page, off-page, content strategy, keyword research)
Social media – content calendar, organic + paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
PR & brand – media relations, press releases, thought-leadership, online reviews
Build and manage partnerships / referral networks : overseas agents, HR / consulting firms, accountants, business service providers
Optimize website / landing pages for conversion (UX, tracking, A / B testing, lead funnels)
Use CRM and marketing automation tools to ensure smooth hand-over from marketing to sales
Provide regular analytics & reporting to senior management; use data to optimise and reallocate marketing spend
About You
3 -10 years of marketing experience, must be in the service industry, ideally in professional services / regulated industries (legal, immigration, consultancy, finance)
Proven track record in multi-channel marketing (strategy + execution) and lead generation
Prior experience in UK or US markets
Strong experience with PPC (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO tools (Ahrefs / SEMrush), Email automation & CRM (Zoho or similar)
Solid content writing and campaign-crafting skills (landing pages, ads, email sequences)
Excellent analytical skills : comfortable with metrics, dashboards, cost-per-lead, conversion optimisation
Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills; able to work across time zones and multiple teams
Commercial mindset and understanding of business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing dynamics
Comfortable working remotely / hybrid with overlap in UK time zone; good written & spoken English
