Value Health Inc - Solution Architect - Salesforce Health Cloud Platform

Role Overview :

The Solution Architect will design scalable, secure, and high-performance healthcare solutions leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud, AI / ML, and integration platforms.

You will define technical roadmaps, integration strategies, and ensure that all solutions comply with healthcare standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design enterprise-grade Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for patient care and provider management.
• Define system architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
• Ensure security, scalability, and compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as GenAI and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with product owners, BAs, and developers to ensure design feasibility.
• Review code, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans for alignment.
• Develop reference architecture and reusable patterns for integration and AI workflows.
• Identify technical risks, mitigation plans, and dependencies.
• Lead solution workshops and technical discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor development teams and enforce architectural best practices.
• Ensure seamless integration of third-party healthcare systems and EHR / EMR platforms.
