Lab Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of construction materials such as cement, concrete, soil, steel, sand, and aggregates .
• Perform on-site and lab-based tests including slump test, cube test, compaction etc.
• Prepare and maintain accurate test reports, documentation, and sample records .
• Ensure that all materials used at project sites comply with IS codes and quality standards .
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with project engineers and quality teams for timely testing and approvals .
• Assist in quality audits and support in identifying material defects or deviations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.

Qualification : BE Civil / Diploma Civil

Experience : Candidate should have atlest 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate.
