Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong domain knowledge in banking and payments to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce-based solutions aligned with our financial services operations, focusing on improving customer engagement, streamlining payment processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Salesforce solutions, focusing on Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.

Develop and customize Lightning components, Apex classes / triggers, Visualforce pages, and Flows.

Integrate Salesforce with core banking, payment gateways, and third-party platforms via REST / SOAP APIs and middleware.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Ensure secure handling of sensitive financial and payment data in accordance with compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).

Build automations to support KYC, loan onboarding, credit card lifecycle, and digital payment processes.

Support regular Salesforce releases and perform system health checks, data migrations, and impact analysis.

Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional agile teams.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong understanding of banking operations, digital banking platforms, or payment ecosystems (ACH, SWIFT, UPI, RTP, etc.).

Experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Salesforce for Banking.

Proficient in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow automation.

Experience with API integration using REST / SOAP

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II or Architect certifications a plus).
