Start : Immediate

Position Overview

Palettier is a bespoke AI visual service for fashion brands, delivering studio-grade, garment-accurate images that help labels preview, present, and sell faster. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business, qualify leads, and manage relationships with prospective clients. You will engage in a consultative sales approach to uncover customer pain points and deliver tailored Saa S solutions that drive value and growth for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Lead Generation

Identify and reach out to decision-makers at fashion labels, D2 C brands, e-commerce retailers, and manufacturers (India + select international markets).

Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads and opportunities.

Conduct detailed needs assessments and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Palettier Solutions.

Manage the entire sales cycle.

Update CRM and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, forecasts, and client communications.

Regularly report on sales performance, provide pipeline updates, and discuss progress toward targets.

Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for the client.

Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in client organisation.

Maintain consistent communication with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Partner with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and early-win delivery for new accounts.

Product Knowledge & Enablement

Stay current on Palettier’s capabilities, common use cases and industry trends to effectively demonstrate the product’s capabilities to prospects.

Provide clients with relevant use cases and case studies to illustrate the impact in their industry.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of B2 B sales (creative services / Saa S preferred)

Confident running discovery, demos, and negotiations with founders, heads of labels / e-comm.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable with CRM, Google Sheets / Docs, and Linked In outreach.

Bonus : familiarity with e-commerce imagery, agency / production workflows, or performance marketing metrics. Interested in Fashion / Fashion-tech landscape
