Key Responsibilities
Mobile App Development & Management
- Lead the end-to-end development, design, and lifecycle management of mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Ensure the apps deliver a seamless and intuitive User Experience (UX) and are optimized for performance across devices.
- Oversee deployment, updates, version control, and maintenance of mobile applications.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with teams in Sales, Technical Services, Logistics, and Production to gather and translate business requirements into technical mobile solutions.Coordinate app features to support use cases such as sales force automation, site visit tracking, real-time order placement, complaint registration , and field data collection .System Integration
Integrate mobile solutions with ERP, CRM, and inventory systems to ensure real-time data exchange and operational efficiency.Team & Vendor Management
Lead internal mobile app development teams or manage third-party developers.Assign tasks, review progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and technical standards.Compliance & Data Security
Implement mobile security best practices and ensure apps are GDPR compliant and aligned with company data protection policies.Training & Support
Provide training sessions, user documentation, and ongoing technical support to app users, both internal (sales reps, field staff) and external (dealers, applicators).Performance Monitoring & Analytics
Set up and manage analytics tools to track mobile app usage, adoption, and performance.Use insights to drive improvements and updates.Skills Required
