Role & Responsibilities
- Prioritizing the Facilities’ needs.
- Working with both the facilities manager & the assistant facilities manager, you’ll oversee the property’s day-to-day operations & ensure that all administrative functions, security issues, & facility services are covered. Likewise, you’ll strive for continuous improvement in the process.
- You’ll keep an eye out on the property’s supplies & ensure that it has adequate stocks & materials to keep the operations smooth like a well-oiled machine. Likewise, you’ll manage supply & service contracts as approved by clients.
- You’ll help mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures, & business continuity plans. You’ll also be on top of health & safety issues that may arise and actively participate in reviewing them.
- Routine site round and critical area inspections
- Responsibility and attentiveness for the Tickets raised and closure tracked within SLA.
- Shift wise M&E Stock record & update
- Vendor Management (working at the site)
- Coordination with the LL team
- Coordination with the Site FM team for the daily basis activities
- Managing and preparations of material BOQ if required any
- Managing and shifting manpower deployments
- Inventory Management / Store management
- Ensuring checklists updated upkeep of the facility
- Preparation of Daily, Weekly, and monthly reports
- Energy consumption and data management
- Managing weekly, Monthly FM & LL MOMs
- Maintaining records of admin reports
- Incident reports / records and tracker management
- Managing Technical equipment data sheets lining of manpower and vendor as per the 52 weeks PPM calendar schedules
- M&E team briefings,
- Daily basis observations and closures
- Record of PPM & Service reports and time-to-time updates with the PPM planner
- Work permits its issuance and records
- Gate pass and the material movements
- Providing the data and reports to the client as required
- Time to time checking of logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registers
- Time to time Training for the M&E teams
- M&E team Attendance and records
- Shift jobs and 6 days working
Skillset required
a. Strong knowledge of property operations
b. The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.
c. Solid background in team management.
Experience (Years) required
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

B.Tech (Electrical) / Graduate + ITI Technical Course
