Role Description

The Community Volunteer role is a full-time on-site position located in Lucknow. The volunteer will participate in organizing and implementing community outreach programs, supporting fundraising activities, and collaborating with team members to deliver impactful initiatives. Responsibilities include engaging with communities, raising awareness about the foundation's objectives, and contributing to reporting and documentation efforts. The role also involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects and events.

• Community engagement, event coordination, and public speaking skills
• Fundraising, awareness campaigns, and program execution experience
• Documentation, reporting, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for social work and commitment to community development
• Flexibility to adapt to program needs and deliver results effectively
• Prior experience in NGOs, community service, or welfare programs is a plus
• Relevant educational background in social work, sociology, or related fields
