Credit Research Analyst

We’re Hiring : Analyst – CMBS (Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities) | Mumbai

Are you passionate about

Commercial Real Estate (CRE)

and have a strong foundation in

credit risk, valuation, and financial analysis ? We are looking for talented professionals with

1–2.5 years of experience

to join our growing CMBS team.

What You’ll Do : Underwrite

Commercial Real Estate (CRE) transactions

and prepare detailed asset summary reports.

Analyze property and market characteristics, strengths, and risks of transactions.

Work on

financial modelling, valuation methods, and financial statement analysis .

Gain exposure to

securitization, asset management, and structured finance.

What We’re Looking For :

Experience in

Asset Management, Real Estate / Warehouse Management, Credit Analysis, or Commercial Loan Management.

Strong understanding of

CRE property types, valuation methods, and CMBS concepts

(DY, DSCR, LTV).

Background in

Finance / Accounting

(UG in Finance, CA / CMA Inter preferred).

Proficiency in

MS Office ; financial modelling skills are a plus.

Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills .

Location :

Mumbai (only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered)

Preferred Background :

Candidates from

rating agencies, investment banks, or financial services firms

with exposure to CMBS, securitization, and real estate finance.
