Senior Finance Manager

Job descriptionOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Manage cash flow, debt structures, and investment returns. Monitor KPIs such as occupancy rates, rental yields, ROI, and IRR. Prepare detailed investment performance reports for stakeholders and executives. Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate financial risks across real estate projects and assets. Oversee internal controls and audit processes. Lead and mentor finance teams, providing training and performance development. Collaborate with asset managers, property managers, developers, and external partners. Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and investors. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred). CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification highly desirable. 7–10+ years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 3 years in real estate. Strong knowledge of real estate financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis. Proficiency in financial systems (Yardi, MRI, Argus, or similar real estate software). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Strong leadership and communication skills with experience presenting to executives and investors.
