• Draft, review, and vet a wide range of contracts and legal documents.
• Develop, maintain, and administer the companys compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations in India.
• Implement cost-effective and robust compliance solutions aligned with organizational needs.
• Navigate regulatory complexities and provide compliance support for developing fully compliant products.
• Offer ongoing legal advice, consultation, and guidance on compliance and risk management issues to cross-functional teams.
• Assess, identify, and prioritize compliance risks; implement policies, procedures, and monitoring mechanisms across the organization.
• Lead and oversee third-party examinations, regulatory audits, and ensure timely & accurate responses to information requests.
• Guide management and teams on ethics, business conduct, and compliance requirements, including training program development and oversight.
• Stay updated with evolving regulatory and legal developments to ensure proactive compliance readiness.
• Manage product compliance matters, particularly in relation to RBI regulations and expectations.
• Provide insights and recommendations on emerging compliance risks and support the development of mitigation controls.
• Maintain and update the Compliance Manual while keeping management informed of changes in the regulatory environment.
