We are looking for a smart, driven individual to join our Strategy and Marketing team—someone who is ready to learn fast, build strong foundations, and make a real impact in rural India. This is an on-site role based in Mumbai , preferably for candidates located in Mumbai or Pune .
🧭 Key Responsibilities
A. Strategy, Planning & Data Management
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Build dashboards and data tools to track business performance.
- Develop short- and long-term planning (weekly / seasonal / annual) and cross-team alignment.
- Manage partnerships with agri-cooperatives, NGOs, KVKs, and government bodies.
- Lead small pilots, monitor impact, and iterate quickly to optimize performance.
B. Marketing & Advertising
Plan and execute full-stack marketing campaigns—digital, print, and on-ground.Own BTL initiatives : demos, roadshows, community events, and activations in rural markets.Generate qualified leads through influencer outreach, social media, and field campaigns.Analyze campaign performance and optimize funnel conversion rates.✅ Candidate Profile
🎓 Education
Graduate or MBA in Marketing, Agri-Business, or Finance(Marketing preferred)👨💼 Experience
0–3 years in Strategy, Marketing, or Rural Business roles(Fresher or early-stage professionals welcome)🛠 Skillset
Strong in Excel and PowerPointWorking knowledge of Canva or similar design toolsStrong project ownership and multi-tasking ability🧠 Mindset & Background
