Qualifications Essential experience & skills years' experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure delivery (data centre, cloud, servers, networks, storage). Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. A strong understanding of infrastructure domains such as networking, cloud, and virtualization, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, is essential. Experience working in a global delivery model (collaborating across India, UK, Ireland, or other geographies). Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (able to present to both technical and non-technical audiences). Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with ITIL processes (change, incident, problem management) and their impact on project delivery. Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Conflence, MS Project, Trello, or similar). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Certifications (highly desirable) PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. ITIL Foundation or higher-level certification. Agile / Scrum Master certification. Cloud vendor certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator / Project Manager, or OCI Foundations / Architect. Any relevant infrastructure technology certifications (VMware, Cisco, Microsoft).
