We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tour Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their travel preferences, and providing tailored tour packages.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel needs.
- Provide detailed information about tour packages, pricing, and itineraries.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable tours based on their preferences and budget.
- Handle inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure best rates and services for clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Skills and Qualifications
