We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Data Analyst Sales Operations to join our Sales Operations team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will support commercial decision-making by analyzing large datasets, generating insights, and optimizing reporting frameworks. You will work closely with the commercial leadership team to strengthen lead generation, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze multiple datasets to support pre-sales activities, including lead generation, white space analysis, and opportunity identification.
- Collect, structure, and interpret large and complex business data from various sources.
- Build and enhance frameworks for improved data collection, validation, and analysis.
Reporting & Dashboarding
Prepare and maintain key Commercial Reports for leadership, providing actionable insights.Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce Analytics.Consolidate and report data required for internal and external business reviews.Sales Operations & Performance Tracking
Support forecasting, target planning, KPI setting, and performance tracking.Provide data-driven inputs that support decision-making across commercial functions.Work closely with Sales and Commercial teams to ensure that insights align with business goals.Process Improvement
Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities in sales processes.Recommend enhancements to reporting systems, data hygiene practices, and analytics processes.Support automation initiatives to streamline recurring reporting tasks.Required Qualifications & Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Analytics.Strong experience handling, structuring, and analyzing large datasets from diverse sources.Solid understanding of data visualization and reporting best practices.Soft Skills
